PhD Topic Description: Prosthetics and orthotics are vital components of rehabilitation for individuals with limb impairments, offering them an improved quality of life and social integration. In Tanzania, the provision of prosthetics and orthotics services has seen significant progress, but it is essential to understand the perspectives and priorities of the end-users to enhance the effectiveness of these services. This research project aims to explore the user-defined priorities in prosthetics and orthotics service provision within the Tanzanian context.
