We welcome submissions from researchers, clinicians, and students (including undergraduates) across a wide range of disciplines, from biomechanics and engineering to patient experience, design, disability studies, and more.

Presenters
We have prepared detailed presenter guidelines to help you prepare your poster and/or podium presentation, including formatting, size, and setup instructions. Please read this carefully.
Please note that presenters will be required to purchase a ticket for the conference by Monday 13th October 2025.
If you have been accepted for a podium presentation please provide a copy of your presentation slides in .pptx (PowerPoint) format by Monday 3rd November 2025.
If you have been accepted for a poster please arrive between 8:30am and 9am on Thursday 13th November 2025 to mount your poster.
