We have prepared detailed presenter guidelines to help you prepare your poster and/or podium presentation, including formatting, size, and setup instructions. Please read this carefully.
Please note that presenters will be required to purchase a ticket for the conference by Monday 13th October 2025.
If you have been accepted for a podium presentation please provide a copy of your presentation slides in .pptx (PowerPoint) format by Monday 3rd November 2025.
Please use the linked title slide template for your presentation. You’re welcome to use any style or format you prefer for the rest of your slides.
If you have been accepted for a poster please arrive between 8:30am and 9am on Thursday 13th November 2025 to mount your poster.
